About Me

Welcome, fellow tricksters, the games of the mortals await us. I am a mischievous code poet and seasoned software engineer who’s been sailing through the seas of intergalactic programming within the financial industry for a bit over a decade. My journey began as a green business engineer, where I had the pleasure of working with code providers who, let’s just say, kept me on my toes—more like on my knees, pleading for correct HTTP-status codes. Thanks to a trusty band of friends who doubled as my cheerleaders, I took the plunge and transformed into a junior programmer. Fast forward a few years, and I found myself predominantly immersed in the project sphere, with a brief excursion into product development. During this detour, I found myself in a role that emphasized adherence to the product’s core features and avoiding enhancements, rather than suggesting cool and shiny new ones. An interesting experience indeed, but one that I am rather on the other side of.

Why Write Blogs?

Entering the blogging realm was inspired by my colleagues who introduced me to the fascinating world of Hacker News. It’s a place where I can dive into the minds of other great deities and, in turn, share my own quirky musings with the universe. Who knows, perhaps my words will tickle someone’s funny bone or inspire a correction or two. Feel free to shower me with kudos or gentle nudges anytime. And sometimes, let’s face it, I just need to vent about life’s little annoyances and find solace among fellow kindred spirits—or maybe a swift reality check if I’m drifting too far into my own headspace. Together, trusted companions, we shall continue our dance with destiny.
